Ingredients:
Fresh rough chop ripe mango : 120gm
Red Onion : 1 tbsp
Hungarian Paprika : 1 pinch
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Fine Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Fine chop parsley : 1 pinch
Method :
Combine all items above and mix it all well in a bowl. Set it a side for 10 mins so the acid of the onion, lemon juice and mango will combine well together. It goes really well on any seafood with spices dishes.
