Mexican Mango salsa

Ingredients:
Fresh rough chop ripe mango : 120gm
Red Onion : 1 tbsp
Hungarian Paprika : 1 pinch
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Fine Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Fine chop parsley : 1 pinch

Method :
Combine all items above and mix it all well in a bowl. Set it a side for 10 mins so the acid of the onion, lemon juice and mango will combine well together. It goes really well on any seafood with spices dishes.

Salmon cake Recipe

Salmon cake.

Ingredients :
Fresh Salmon - 150gm
Boiled Mashed Potatoes - 100gm
Eggs - 2 nos
Bread Crumbs - 80gms
Fine chopped onion - 50gms
Chopped spring onion - 20gms
Salt- 2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Hungarian Paprika - 1 tsp
Salted Butter - For Pan fry

Method :
1. Combine all ingredients above in a large bowl and mix it well. Then let it rest well on the side for 30 mins.
2. Form patties as the size as u wish to. then coat on with bread crumb and pan fried with butter on both side till golden brown and sets.
3. Then place it on baking tray with baking paper, bake it in the oven for 8 mins at 200 degree.
4. then serves with thai cili sauce or chili jam on site with lemon wages.
